Managed IT service areas: On site wherever you are. Headquartered in downtown Orlando.
Almost everything a managed IT provider does is remote by design. When a job needs hands on the hardware, we come to you, wherever you are.
On site, wherever you are
SentinelGrid has its headquarters in downtown Orlando, Florida, a location in Sanford in Seminole County, and service hubs in Jupiter, Florida, and Laurel Park, North Carolina, and we are not tied to them. We go on site wherever a client is, for the jobs that need hands on hardware: a switch, a server, a machine that will not boot, an office move, a new site. These places each have their own page.
Seminole County
The whole county in one place: one of our locations is here, in Sanford, in Sanford, so an on-site visit is routine rather than a journey.
Palm Beach County
Covered from our service hub in Jupiter, along with every other town in the county.
Jupiter
Small businesses along Indiantown Road, US 1 and around Abacoa, with someone nearby when hardware needs hands.
Henderson County, NC
Covered from our service hub in Laurel Park, next to Hendersonville, along with the rest of the county.
Hendersonville, NC
Shops and offices from Main Street out along Four Seasons Boulevard, with on-site visits when hardware needs hands.
Asheville and Buncombe County, NC
Covered from our service hub in Laurel Park, just to the south, from downtown Asheville out to Black Mountain and Weaverville.
Orange County
Our headquarters is in downtown Orlando; Winter Park and the rest of the county are covered too.
Lake Mary
Offices, professional services and corporate satellite teams on the International Parkway corridor.
Sanford
Downtown storefronts, trades and light industrial, where computers live on a counter or a shop floor.
Oviedo
Growing practices and small firms whose IT was set up once by someone who has since left.
Altamonte Springs
Medical, dental and retail on the 436 corridor, where the data you hold is regulated.
Longwood
Trades, workshops and small offices whose setup was inherited and never written down.
Winter Springs
Small practices holding other people's records, with no IT contact and no plan to have one.
Casselberry
Shops and service businesses on the 17-92 corridor, where an outage is lost takings.
Winter Park
Small professional firms where confidentiality is the product and downtime is billable hours.
Orlando
Businesses too small to interest a large MSP and too dependent on their computers to keep winging it.
Winter Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Heathrow, Maitland and Apopka are covered as well. If you are not on that list, wherever you are, ask; we go where our clients are.

Remote, anywhere in the United States
Monitoring, alerting, patching, endpoint management, identity and access, and the helpdesk are all remote work. They run identically for a client two miles away and a client three time zones away, which is why we take remote clients nationwide rather than pretending distance changes the service.
The small number of jobs that need a person in the room are booked as on-site visits, wherever you are. The audit says how many of those your environment is likely to need before you sign anything.
What you get either way
- The same published rates. From $149 a month, held for 24 months, month to month. No travel surcharge inside Central Florida.
- The same free audit. A written inventory and a ranked risk list, yours to keep whether or not you continue.
- The same team. There is no sales layer. Whoever scopes your environment is accountable for supporting it.
- The same agreement. Published in full, in plain English, before you talk to anyone.
Common questions
Do you charge for travel?
Not inside Central Florida. On-site visits are $95 an hour, with two hours a month included on Operate, and project work is quoted first so you agree the number before it starts. Outside Central Florida a travel charge applies to on-site visits; it is quoted with the visit, so you agree it before anyone sets out. It is higher in North Carolina, where a visit may be staffed from Central Florida.
We are outside Florida. Is that workable?
Yes. Most of managed IT is remote, and when something needs a person in the room we come on site. The audit says how often that is likely for your environment before you sign anything.
We have two offices in different cities.
That is a normal shape. Devices, accounts and monitoring are managed centrally regardless of site; the only thing that changes per location is who turns up when something physical breaks.
