The gap in a crowded market

Orange County has no shortage of IT companies. What it has less of is anyone interested in a six-person practice in Maitland or a family contractor in Apopka. Below roughly twenty seats, the usual answers are a break-fix shop that bills by the hour and appears when something is already broken, or a national provider whose onboarding assumes an internal IT contact you do not have.

That is the gap. Flat monthly pricing, a named person, and the unglamorous work done continuously rather than in emergencies.

What remote first honestly means

We are based in Seminole County, so we will not pretend an Apopka visit is the same as a Sanford one. It is a drive, and the plans do not include a travel surcharge to cover it, which means we would rather solve your problem over the network. In practice that is not a compromise: enrolment, patching, account changes, lockouts, monitoring and most hardware diagnosis are all remote work anyway.

The visits that are left are real, and we do them: a dead switch, a machine that will not boot, an office move, cabling a new suite. What we will not do is tell you an engineer is fifteen minutes away when they are not.

When you can reach someone

Tickets and alerts are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and worked every day, weekends included. On-site visits run Monday to Friday between 3pm and 8pm Eastern, and at weekends by arrangement. A P1 (the office cannot work) gets a best-effort reply within two hours at any hour. That is a target reported on every month, not a staffed night shift.

What it costs, and what crossing the county line does not add

Nothing. The rates are identical either side of the line: Watch from $149 flat, Manage from $79 a user, Operate from $129. No travel fee, no zone pricing, no minimum distance. Every figure, minimum and worked example is on the pricing page rather than restated here.

Two reasons to pick somebody else

If you need an engineer who can stand in your Orlando lobby within the hour, we are the wrong shape and a provider with an Orlando office is the right one. And if your disaster plan depends on your provider holding the surviving copy of your data, we cannot do that yet: backups are not a service we offer. Single sign-on inside your own applications is also not built. What is in production is the helpdesk, remote support with device management, monitoring and alerting, and the client portal.
