How on-site works in Oakland
Our headquarters is in downtown Orlando, so this is close to home. Almost everything above is remote work and runs the same wherever the office is. For jobs that need hands on the hardware, such as a dead switch, a machine that will not boot or an office move, we book a visit. There is no travel charge for on-site visits inside Central Florida.
When you can reach someone
Tickets and alerts are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and worked every day, weekends included. On-site visits run Monday to Friday between 3pm and 8pm Eastern, and at weekends by arrangement. A P1 (the office cannot work) gets a best-effort reply within two hours at any hour.

Pricing is public: Watch at a flat $149 a month for up to ten devices, or per-user plans at $45 (Support), $79 (Manage) and $129 (Operate). Founding clients hold that rate for two years with no lock-in. We are an open beta with three founding places. The helpdesk, monitoring, remote support with device management and the client portal are live. Backups, single sign-on within your systems and portal reporting are not, and until backups exist, protecting your data stays with you. The roadmap shows where each stands.
