Managed IT pricing: Four levels of "not your problem." Prices published.
Beta rates, held for 24 months from your start date. The free audit confirms your seat and device counts; nothing else moves the number. No per-incident billing and no surprise line items.
What "beta" changes about these: the coverage below is what each plan becomes. The beta rate is about 20% under the list rate we'll publish when the beta ends, and it buys the parts that are built today (helpdesk, remote support, monitoring) plus everything that ships during your 24 months, at no increase. The build status says exactly which is which.

Worked examples
- A four-person office that just needs someone to call, on Support: 4 × $45 = $180, so the $195 a month minimum applies.
- A thirty-person company with no servers, on Support: 30 × $45 = $1,350 a month.
- A six-person office with one server on Manage: 6 × $79 = $474 a month.
- A twelve-person firm with two servers and a firewall on Operate: 12 × $129 = $1,548 a month, servers included.
- A twenty-device shop that already has an IT person, on Watch: $149 + 10 × $9 = $239 a month.
Why it's priced this way
Per user, not per device, because small businesses count people. A user is a person with a work login and their primary machine comes with them; servers are counted separately because a server is real work regardless of headcount.
Minimums, because onboarding a three-person business takes almost as long as a ten-person one and the monthly work doesn't shrink with headcount. Below the minimum, a one-off audit and cleanup is usually the better deal, and the audit will say so.
About 20% under list, because you're buying something with rows on the build status that still say planned. That's the trade, stated as a percentage rather than hidden in a "founding rate." The longer version is in our post on how we set the prices.
Contractual: the same schedule is in section 7 of the Managed IT Service Terms, and your agreement's Schedule A records your rate.
Not sure which fits?
The audit answers that, and it's free either way.
