Managed IT services in Royal Palm Beach, Florida

For Royal Palm Beach shops, restaurants and service businesses where an outage means lost takings.

Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach County

Royal Palm Beach sits on Southern Boulevard and Okeechobee Boulevard west of West Palm Beach, with shopping plazas, clinics and service businesses for the western communities.

The village is one of the places in Palm Beach County that we cover, along with Wellington, Loxahatchee Groves and West Palm Beach.

When the till stops, so does the day

Shops, restaurants and salons depend on a card terminal, a point-of-sale computer and the Wi-Fi in between. Most were set up once by whoever was around, often with the guest network and the till on the same connection.

  • Separate the guest Wi-Fi. Customers get their own network, away from the till and the office PC.
  • Watch the connection. Monitoring and alerting tell us when a device or the network drops.
  • Keep the counter PC patched. Updates applied on a schedule, outside opening hours where we can.
  • Write it down. A plain list of every device, account and password owner, kept by you.

How on-site works in Royal Palm Beach

Our service hub in Palm Beach County is in Jupiter, and we cover the whole county from it. Almost everything above is remote work and runs the same wherever the office is. For jobs that need hands on the hardware, such as a dead switch, a machine that will not boot or an office move, we book a visit. On-site visits outside Central Florida carry a travel charge, quoted before the visit.

When you can reach someone

Tickets and alerts are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and worked every day, weekends included. On-site visits run Monday to Friday between 3pm and 8pm Eastern, and at weekends by arrangement. A P1 (the office cannot work) gets a best-effort reply within two hours at any hour.

Money and maturity

Pricing is public: Watch at a flat $149 a month for up to ten devices, or per-user plans at $45 (Support), $79 (Manage) and $129 (Operate). Founding clients hold that rate for two years with no lock-in. We are an open beta with three founding places. The helpdesk, monitoring, remote support with device management and the client portal are live. Backups, single sign-on within your systems and portal reporting are not, and until backups exist, protecting your data stays with you. The roadmap shows where each stands.
