Managed IT services in Asheville, North Carolina

For Asheville firms whose clients trust them with private files, and who need to know exactly who can open them.

Asheville, Buncombe County

Asheville is the business centre of western North Carolina, with downtown offices, studios in the River Arts District, breweries, a large regional hospital, and the visitors who come for the Biltmore Estate. Many businesses here have rebuilt since Hurricane Helene in 2024.

The city is one of the places in Buncombe County that we cover, along with Woodfin, Biltmore Forest and Weaverville.

Confidential work, kept that way

Attorneys, accountants, advisers, agents and consultants rarely have an IT department, but they hold what clients care about most. The usual risk is ordinary: a former employee who can still open the shared drive, or a laptop nobody can vouch for.

  • Know every account. The audit lists each login with admin rights and everyone who can reach client files.
  • Require a second factor. Multi-factor sign-in on the accounts we manage, written into the agreement.
  • Close access on the day. Tell us someone has left and we aim to remove their access that same day.
  • Keep laptops encrypted and patched. Device management shows the state of every enrolled machine.

How on-site works in Asheville

Our service hub in North Carolina is just south in Laurel Park, Henderson County, and we cover Buncombe County from it. Almost everything above is remote work and runs the same wherever the office is. For jobs that need hands on the hardware, such as a dead switch, a machine that will not boot or an office move, we book a visit. On-site visits in North Carolina carry a travel charge, quoted before the visit. Our team there is small, so a visit may be staffed from Central Florida.

When you can reach someone

Tickets and alerts are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and worked every day, weekends included. On-site visits run Monday to Friday between 3pm and 8pm Eastern, and at weekends by arrangement. A P1 (the office cannot work) gets a best-effort reply within two hours at any hour.

Money and maturity

Pricing is public: Watch at a flat $149 a month for up to ten devices, or per-user plans at $45 (Support), $79 (Manage) and $129 (Operate). Founding clients hold that rate for two years with no lock-in. We are an open beta with three founding places. The helpdesk, monitoring, remote support with device management and the client portal are live. Backups, single sign-on within your systems and portal reporting are not, and until backups exist, protecting your data stays with you. The roadmap shows where each stands.
